Hyundai Taps Into Passion of College Football Fans

oregon-logo_8What do Hyundai customers have in common with University of Oregon fans?  LOYALTY!  As such, Hyundai’s teaming up with 25 college football programs (scroll down for the entire list), including UO’s, to focus on the passion and traditions of fans across the country.  At 25 featured games Hyundai will set up “The Hyundai Fieldhouse”, a destination for fans to enjoy the on-field activities while checking in on other games around the country.  The Fieldhouse will also be outfitted with games to introduce tailgaters to Hyundai’s vehicle lineup, along with a 2013 Hyundai Veloster Turbo and the “Ultimate Tailgate Vehicle”, the 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe.  Participate in the on-site experience and you could earn a chance to win a 2014 Veloster Turbo.fieldhouse-hyundai-a

The competition continues away from the stadium, too.  Film students at participating schools are invited to submit a one-page treatment for a film documenting their institution’s inspiring football-related traditions.  Hyundai will then pick a handful of finalists to receive $10,000 to make their film!  The finished product will be posted on Hyundai’s sites, including The Loyalty Report, voted on by a Sun_Bowl_Logopanel of judges, and ultimately winnowed down to one winning school which will receive an additional 10-grand (and bragging rights, of course)!

To top the season off Hyundai will continue its title sponsorship of the Hyundai Sun Bowl!  Kickoff is scheduled for Tuesday, December 31st at noon!  You can catch all the festivities on CBS.
