It’s been just over two weeks since I bought my first Hyundai (2014 Elantra) from Butler and I am still in love with the car and blessed by the ease and comfort of the whole auto buying experience provided from the staff.   I have never had such a pleasant experience when buying a car before and their level of service to the customer floored me.  I was recommended to this dealer by a co-worker, and I can see why.  Truck shopping….NOT my favorite thing to do. The husband saw a truck online and called Butler Hyundai in Medford to talk to someone about it. Ford F150 V8Triten. It was a trade in and needed to go through the detail department but they let us look anyway. We fell in love! Never felt pressured, We said we would be back asked them to clean it up. When we came back later that day, after some other people wanted to see it….They saved it for us and we bought the truck. Jim, Steve, & Devin each helped us in some way. It was a team effort and they exceeded our expectations. We asked for one small thing to be fixed on the truck and that next Monday we took the truck in, they gave us a brand new Hyundai Elantra for a rental car overnight. When we picked the truck up the next day it was better than new and they detailed the truck again. With the knowledge of tires to transmissions from Ford to Hyundai they answered all our questions. We will be back. Try them out.  If they don’t have it they will find it.
